Glengorm Coffee Shop - UK

We decided to have a light lunch today and we were not let down. I enjoyed the tomato and basil soup while my wife had the celery, leek, and blue cheese soup, both were outstanding. They were served with a delicious piece of crusty bread and real butter. We also indulged in their homemade tea loaf and chocolate cake, which were equally delicious. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was friendly. We will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed delicious sandwiches made with Glengorm bark meat, ham salad, and a tasty Scotch broth with Glengorm lamb. It was the perfect meal after a walk to Dun Ara. The staff was friendly, the deli was lovely, and the restaurant was dog-friendly.

The cheating were very good, but we found the staff quite unfriendly. the nearby hiking park was in a real garden. if the owners want to repeat their business they really need to play their game.

We called for lunch because I really enjoyed a suppe. there were a few choices and I went for mushroom, my favorite. when it came, I was chatting abd thought only that it was a bit pale probably made with button mushrooms. once tried. I knew it was something else. I am not small enough to give back something I started, so ate it. not really my cup tee. very naughty, like a strong choice. hubby liked his cauliflower suppe. we bought 2 scones to take back, but found them dry, with very little fruit. a shame. the guy I talked to apologized for the suppe. it seems like there's going to be a kitchen missing. it's not cheap here, so I was disappointed.
