Well, right at the HWY20 is this little hidden treasure of a farm that is open to the public that has a store that sells Bison meat, it is amazing and very tasty. It comes in all forms of sausages to roasts to new Yorks and if you are there, it is tempting to take everything home with you, but it is not cheap but worth the cost. The quality is excellent and the selection is freshly frozen.

Omg. I cooked up the ribeye today and it was awesome! We bought that and some ground bison and some jerky. I haven't eaten the ground bison yet, but the rest was phenomenal!
