Jack In The Box - Ukiah

They got my order wrong, but the food was still tasty, so I didn't say anything.

To my surprise, when I returned the next night, I was told they wouldn’t take my order from the window unless I was in a car. I went back because I believe that some people just don’t know how to handle emergencies well, and I didn’t want to judge the entire brand based on a single incident. However, I’ve decided that I won’t be spending any more money at Jack in the Box. I’d rather go hungry late at night, even if they are supposedly the only place open, than risk receiving food from employees who, frankly, seem a bit misguided. I understand that not every staff member is the best, but I’m currently looking at other delivery options like Uber Eats, as I don’t see myself returning to Jack in the Box anytime soon, if at all.

I really enjoy the food when I actually receive everything I ordered. I highly recommend double-checking your order in the drive-thru to ensure you have everything, as I often find that items I paid for are missing when I get home. This happens frequently enough that I should be more cautious. Sadly, it seems I can't rely on the staff to get my order right.

Hit and miss? Today they served me soggy fries and really old meat? they blamed door dash but it went from the store to my house and i know what old meat looks like? too bad todays shift did not?. So i guess i?ll only order here when they are busy otherwise they don?t ?waste? their old meat by throwing it away ewe

Inconsistent experience... Today, I received soggy fries and some very old meat. They attributed it to DoorDash, but I know that the food traveled straight from the restaurant to my house, and I can recognize old meat when I see it. Unfortunately, today’s staff didn’t seem to notice. I suppose I'll only order from here when they’re busy; otherwise, it seems they don’t want to “waste” their old meat by throwing it out. Yuck!
