Kfc - Ukiah

The young lady who took our order was fantastic. She was very patient with us, especially since my mother has difficulty communicating her needs. We had a great experience at this KFC and were very satisfied.

KFC offers some really tasty food with a solid menu. While the prices are reasonable, they can lean towards the expensive side. My favorite dish is the famous Bowls, which come with chicken, potatoes, corn, and gravy—just make sure to ask for extra gravy on mine! The chicken pieces are large without being greasy, and their potato bread is really delicious. Their chicken sandwiches are also great, especially when you bring them home along with their honey biscuits.

As I remember, I had price shock, but food was good

Food is usually great. But y'all need to start double checking delivery orders. Every delivery order I've order from this kfc is always missing something! This time it was my kid's large popcorn chicken. Thankfully I ordered from doordash, so I can get refund for it. But y'all don't offer any kind of help for missing items when ordering from your kfc app. Which sucks because you can only get the Nashville hot tenders on the app not doordash.

They messed on our order.we ordered the 12piece bucket and only got 10. Asked for half extra crispy and half original got all crispy......KFC in Lakeport is so much better.
