The dining area is really dirty, all tables and benches have dried food sprayers that look like they had been there for a long time, not to mention the stuff on the wall. My sister also found a piece of chicken cartilage and a lunch meat in her protein dish. I do not think this was because of the workers because they have changed their gloves for us between the sandwiches and the protein shell, so I believe that lunch meat has already been mixed with the other meat types. There is also a booger on the wall next to the beverage fountain
The food was decent, but the noise from the machines behind the counter was so loud that I had to repeat myself several times for the staff to hear me. The dining area was quite dirty—the tables and benches were covered in dried food remnants that looked like they had been there for ages, not to mention the grime on the walls. Additionally, my sister discovered a piece of chicken cartilage and some lunch meat in her protein dish. I don’t think this was the fault of the workers, as they did change their gloves while preparing our sandwiches and protein bowls. It seems that the lunch meat may have already been mixed in with the other meats. To top it off, there was a booger on the wall next to the beverage fountain.
Cleanliness is definitely an issue here. There were numerous smudges and fingerprints from mayo on the food display glass, and the machines were unusually loud and appeared to be unclean. The front cabinet literally fell apart, and the dining area was not well-maintained. The staff took our order and then seemed to vanish for the remainder of our meal. While the food was good, the evident lack of cleanliness and overall neglect will prevent me from coming back.
The food was good, but the customer service was lacking. They forgot to include the meat in my order. Since I was in a hurry, I placed an order online, but I ended up having to go back and wait in line again. While I was there, the staff asked if they could assist the person behind me instead of addressing my issue. It was frustrating to see them prioritize someone who had ordered three subs when my order was incomplete.
Just fyi: You are never open during hours Google has listed. Do you have to close at 6 or 7?
