We visited the bar on the first floor. The food was tasty. The bartender had an intellectual yet slightly rude demeanor, and it took over an hour to receive our hot dishes. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash.

Great dish is a fried white fish file. And the Siberian dessert is just a pleasure!
