This cafe does not shine with cleanliness, the food has recently become simply disgusting and almost tasteless, half of the menu is not available, the food is brought undercooked, you can’t ask for a check, not to mention the complaint book, which, apparently, is generally not in the institution. The staff knows nothing about their work. In drinks, we liked only ice, and even then we are not sure about its quality. We won't come to this restaurant again.

Хочу поблагодарить сотрудниц Шоколадницы , которые работали в пятницу, 25-го августа 2023 года и помогли мне найти адрес нужного мне заведения по соседству с Шоколадницей , в которое я опаздывала на важную встречу. К сожалению, я очень спешила и не запомнила имена двух девушек, которые с 17.15-17.30 находились в зале и помогли мне. Надеюсь, что администрация Шоколадницы прочитает мой отзыв и отметит работу своих сотрудников! Огромное спасибо девушкам! Ну а я буду рада возможности посетить ваше заведение еще раз
