But the worse was dogs running around in the restaurant, barking. Very noisy and disturbing other guests. One room was...even impossible to stay. People escape. Unacceptable! Never again.
The kartoffel salad and the other specificities are not tolerable to my character - simply too delicious!The salatbuffet is small but very fine, very recommended is also the celery salad, which tastes differently during each visit, because it is just homemade and not from the ice. especially recommended are the weeping and wild specialties. in winter it is very cozy at the kamin - with wood itself beaten by the senior boss and his grandson sons. a grounded family business. I'm happy to be here!
A grounded guesthouse in the ulmer suburb grimmelfingen, about which there is so much to say. eating is quite good, no more, but no less. also the map can be found regional dishes. the personal is attentive, the dining room maintained. is also connected a hotel.
Easy access and safe underground parking. the hotel is very well maintained, good beds, spacious rooms, quiet and relaxing. the hotel restaurant is typically furnished, the menu is perfect (no too much nor too little) and the dishes are well prepared; very good value for money. only part: it is a bit far from the city, but perfect for a short stay or a stop. I know, this is the xte evaluation about the adler in grimmelfingen, which I write, but I just like to go because you can eat there so well!For 12 euro there is a special buffet there once a month, which has to look like it.Although I came very late, everything was still fresh, since only a few portions are cooked and therefore constantly after. the salad as always crisp and appealing, the potato salad wonderfully from the aroma! the appetizer plates consisted of scarlet on fine lemon slices, rings on lemon and apple slices, small mozzarella with tomaten in balsamico, and others (which I did not try). for a long time again I have been allowed to enjoy a griesknödelsuppe. the button or nockerl had an optimal consistency despite the size, just like the late zle and the semmelknödel, which I had eaten to a 1A pepper sauce. you realize that here is cooked with a lot of love, heart and understanding. I have to admit that I was very busy at the squandering sauce, but I couldn't help. I left the desserts. I could have mcih between the fruit, the sweet pieces, which smelled before themselves and the puddings and creams could not decide anyway. Therefore, unfortunately, I also had to leave the carvings, bark-rouladen and the gypsy-braten unfortunately. but you can also spend real money for good food and go to another day to eat in good food in a nice atmosphere.
