Jade Willow Chinese - Ulverstone

It's our local spot. The restaurant has a vintage charm, but it's spacious and typically quiet, with a consistent playlist of 80s hits in the background. The staff are friendly, and the food is decent. We usually opt for takeout since we don’t feel a strong need to dine in.

The food was delicious, and the service was wonderful. We ordered takeout, and my picky kids just couldn't get enough of it!

As regular customers, we consistently enjoy the excellent food and friendly service.

Great food. Combination satay was great. Short soup and rice was fine but just need a bit of soy sauce. No dipping sauce with the spring rolls either which was a shame. (Ordered takeaway) but yes, would go there again for sure

Two ladies came over later to take drink orders and ask where the drinks they ordered were. Then, instead of providing service, they were busy on their phones! Eventually, they did get their drinks, but they ended up canceling their orders and leaving without paying for the drinks. The young man serving us was new, polite, and nice, but he definitely needed more training. The kitchen could have used more attention as well. The food, when it finally arrived, was decent. I didn't miss it enough to complain too much. The mother and her children agreed that we would look back and laugh at the night we spent at Jade Willow. At least it made for a memorable experience!
