Nando's Sibaya Casino - Umhlanga

I am absolutely disappointed at the service of this Nandos. If I had an option of giving zero stars I would. My chicken livers were overly sour unlike the usual order. My partners 1/4 chicken tasted expired and so dry!! Our garlic rolls weren’t served correctly, it tasted like a normal roll. We received no cutlery and no sauce at the arrival of our food. In conclusion we left unhappy and dissatisfied.

Everything is very poor, zero stars, sibaya should close this nandis staff. Gave a 1 star because there's no option for negative mark. Food was absolutely terrible and tasted burned. You would think franchises would have a standard now for good quality.
