A charming bakery/café with freshly baked bread made in-house. The bread is nicely cut and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They also offer half loaves for sale, making it a great value.
This bread business is always busy with tables and chairs, you can sit for a coffee cake or a cake coke. But my favorite thing by far is the Vietnamese Pork Roll.... You have to try one, they're cheap and... You'll be back for more!
I have tried many places that sell Vietnamese style pork rolls. They are never 100% the same. This one was tasty and had a distinct flavour. Good value and nice shop. Definitely will have again when I am up at Umina.
The bread and pies are simply disgusting. Coffee putrid. When you get a smoker coughing over your foods as its served, well what a service. The bread nothing but horrible. And that is the only proper bakery.
