Einstein Bros. Bagels

Love Einstein. The only complaint is running selling out of everything bagels.

This morning was my 1st visit. There's a great selection of bagels. I ordered the Texas Brisket for my husband the Maple Egg for myself.Both were pretty good.

I come here nearly every weekend and they can be pretty busy. The food is always on point but the staff isn't friendly which I get because they are busy with so many customers in there. Today I walked in to a line of 4 people ahead of me but the first thing I noticed was the lady at the register with a huge smile and friendly banter with each customer...... But still got the line down quickly. Usually it's a younger Asian girl but today she said her name was Cynthia and I hope her manager gets this review to know she is a ROCKSTAR!! I heard another customer mention her smile as well as it is welcoming and made my day. She made recommendations as asked and was very helpful on trying something different. Being thanked for my business isn't something that happens at many businesses these days because employees arent trained to show appreciation but this girl would make a killer sales person as her smile is so contagious! She should train the rest of the staff on being friendly!

MY CO-WORKED AND I ORDER BAGELS THROUGH DOOR DASH AT LEAST 2 TIMES A WEEK. HOWEVER, RECENTLY WE HAVE NOTICED A HUGE CHANGE IN QUALITY. THEY ARE CHEWY LIKE MICROWAVED INSTEAD OF TOASTED AND THE SMEAR IS SO RUNNY IT DOES NOT STAY ON BAGEL . THIS MORNING THERE WAS MORE OF IT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BAGS THANINSIDE THE BAGEL THEY WERE ALL OVER THE PLACE IN THE BAG (CUT IN 1/4) SEPARATED AND VERY MESSY. HARD TO EAT AT A DESK.WE ARE DONE WITH THIS LACK OF EFFORT AND WILL LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS!!!

I have eaten at various Einstein Bagels locations since college, and have always enjoyed the food. However, my last two visits have been trash. My last visit, someone else was having an order remade because it was wrong, and then I got home and so was mine. I’d been given the wrong bagel. Whatever, it’s a one-off mistake. Today, I ordered my bagel toasted with cream cheese; it was not toasted, and when I took a bite it had nearly no cream cheese. It was to the point where it couldn’t be spread to cover the whole bagel. With prices what they are anymore, I am not going to spend money in a location that never gets my order right.
