Mod Pizza - Ungerer St, North Mackay

Today wasn't the experience I'm used to at this MOD location but it reminded to show appreciation for the 3 guys that keep me coming back here. If each experience were like this evenings I can say that I likely wouldn't frequent this spot. Though Allias was there hustling, the other 2 all-stars were not. Collin, Jeremiah, and Allias keep this place going. These guys have an enthusiasm to them that makes you want to come back. I look forward to seeing these guys because I know my pizza will be assembled and cooked in a way that appeases the appetite of my OCD.The performance of this evenings staff was saved by Allias' personable interaction. I don't think this location could stand to lose these 3!

We ordered 4 pizzas and all of them were undercooked and rubbery. One of the pizzas was made completely wrong so we requested a refund for only 1 pizza and she told us we had to drive back in (20 min away). Not an option for me. I told her I couldn’t do that and she hung up the phone. I called right back and said I wanted to speak to someone who had the ability to refund me over the phone and she hung up again. Honestly they were really rude and disrespectful and their pizza tasted awful.

I ordered 3 items from here and I must say it was pretty quick.Now the taste....LETS TALK ABOUT AMAZING! IT was so good. My 3 yo even loved it. I feel like this is not the same pizza I got from here 3 years ago. Whatever it is....keep doing it

The pizza taste just like tomato sauce on some saltine crackers. The lack of taste makes you feel like you are eating healthy maybe lol....the crust is comparable to a frozen pizza from the grocery store....The salad we paid almost $9.00 for....was a baby mini size salad suitable for a 5 year old child. So not worth the price....

The worker service was incredible. The staff were very happy and seemed to enjoy their job. The workers are very kind and not judgemental about what you order on custom pizzas.Overall a very amazing experience.
