Pizza Hut - Ungerer St, North Mackay

The pizza (Deep dish pepperoni) was very greasy. Lotta oil. Tasted ok, but again, a lot of grease or whatever it was.. just a bit too much.

Had a small mishap.Ordered a family deal, when it arrived a pizza was missing.I called the store and they put me on the phone with the manager Marvin.He was very professional.He offered to give us a credit back or to remake our entire order.So credit, no way! We were hungry!Said give him 20 mins and order would be ready.Got to the store as my order was coming out the oven.Marvin's customer service was on pointThank you. Food was great.Mistakes happen.d Don't sweat the small things. It all about how you handle and resolve the issue.And you sir nailed it.Thanks again.

Worse customer service ever by the manager Robin Williams. I will never go back

Service was very great and the waiter was very friendly. My service waiters name was Emily at the Taylor Road location.When I arrived for pickup my order was hot ready.Thank you so much for your assistance
