Waited 35 minutes for a burger, another 25 minutes for a refund. Staff is slow and not engaged,
Decent burgers and sides. Service a little slow and many dirty tables. Prices have exceeded reasonable value. Very loud inside, both from employees and customers.
Ordered their hottest wings…came out with no sauce or seasoning(unless burnt is a seasoning now) and they were fried in very old grease. Didn’t eat them. Was going to try and get our money back, but after waiting about 30 mins we gave up and went somewhere else to get something to eat.
I only gave this 4 stars because I'm not totally satisfied. I usually eat at the Greenbrier location. The food is excellent, the staff is very courteous, but I find fault with the overall management. Too often, the bathrooms have been out of order for weeks at a time, last week most of the drinks in the machine were out of order. These things happen and instead of calling an agency to correct these problems in a timely manner, the management allows these problems to continue. Last week, I placed my order and, as always, I told the cashier that I was dining in. When my food arrived after I was seated, it was in a bag as if it was takeout. When I mentioned to the server that I was dining in, he replied that the trays weren't available because they were dirty. What? How can you be open if you're not ready to open? I don't blame the staff. As I said, this is the fault of poor management. I've been going there every week for months. It will be a long time before I go back. There are other and better places to have a tasty lunch. You really ought to be ashamed of yourselves.
