Taco Bell - Ungerer St, North Mackay

By far the worst restaurant I’ve ever been at. I sat at the drive through for 15 minutes tonight and guy just sat there and laughed at me and would not take my order. Whoever owns this place needs to literally fire everyone and start over. The microphone on drive through hasn’t worked in months and nobody seems to care. It’s just awful..

This KFC/Taco Bell is the nicest one in several states. Food is always fresh. Employees are always courteous and

I just love that when you tell them “give me a bunch of hot sauce and a bunch of fire sauce” and they give you 3 each like handing out sauces takes away from their paycheck. I worked in food for 7 years and never was I that selfish or ignorant to a customers wants or needs. Do better and pay attention to what’s being said to you.

All the Tables were dirty, I ordered 3 taco Supremes...all the shells were broken and We dined in...floors needed to be swept. Y'all can do better.

Food was mediocre and prices have gone up but still a good quesadilla!
