Wingstop - Ungerer St, North Mackay

I placed my togo order for 15 wings online at 208pm. When I arrived, the cashier told me there was one order in front of me. After watching several orders get picked up, I was told my order should be up soon.After 45 min, I got back in line to check in my order, and found out it had been sitting on the shelf. My name was never called out. If you have an hour to wait for cold food, then this is your place. Otherwise, go to Wing King or Lindys!

This location is giving military discount to people who aren’t military. My husband stopped in to get dinner before heading home and as an active duty military member seeing the staff offer the woman a military discount he was upset. The man told her the total was $16 even and she said I thought it was $14 and he said are you military? And she said no. And he said arrree you military?? And she said oh oh yes I am and he said you’re picking up what I’m putting down. My husband walked out. That discount is not much, but it should only be for active/retired service members and their families. It should not be given out to those who haven’t had to serve in any capacity.

Ordered for delivery and the food was not good. Wing Stop is not what it used to be.

I visited Chesapeake, Va this weekend placed an order of 20 piece wings (half lemon pepper half original hot). This was the Wing Stop located on Volvo Pkwy. The lemon pepper wings were soaked in butter! There was literally a tray of melted butter underneath the wings! All of the wings were old and dry. They were nowhere near fresh. They were reheated but wasn’t even hot. The hot wings were not ‘hot wings’. I was very disappointed. This was a complete waste of time money as these wings were discarded! I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.
