Chipotle Mexican Grill - Union

This restaurant is usually very clean, and the staff does their best to handle the high volume of customers they receive at times. One employee who consistently stands out is Kelly. She is always attentive and ensures that your order is accurate on the first try. Every time she has worked on my order, I have never been disappointed. Many people often overlook the hard work of dedicated staff, but Kelly truly deserves recognition for her exceptional service!

I found myself once again without salad dressing. I ordered through the app to avoid the always-long lines but when I arrived, I noticed there was no dressing in the bag with my salad. I asked the cashier for some, only to be told they didn’t have any. I had no choice but to buy dressing to avoid having a dry salad. To make matters worse, when I opened the container, I realized they also forgot my $3 worth of guacamole. On a positive note, Chipotle did give me a free entrée when I expressed my concerns through the app.

My family and I ordered from DoorDash, and I have to say that a lot of items were missing from our order. My cousins only received rice and chicken in their burrito bowls, and my chicken quesadilla was just chicken—no cheese, no tortilla. Additionally, we even got uncooked rice.

I ordered 4 meals online, went to pick it up was told they did not have my order, I showed the charge and stores location to manager who left it up to me to call corporate office to resolve and was told to get in the long line to place a new order although no refund gad been provided for the first 4 meals I was charged. I called corporate office and representative confirmed for the manager that my order was valid and was sent to that location, but they were unable or unwilling or on something that prevented them from understanding her. I requested a refund from corporate office and left the restaurant an hour later with no food. Will never step foot in there again if I could I'd provide a million negative stars to this chipotle.

The portions here can be WILD. Extra sour cream be careful you might drown. Not necessarily upset about it but DAMN they go in on the portions. Food was good, wait okay, people were nice.
