Ihop - Union

I have NEVER had an experience like the one we had at this IHOP and I am from the south where hospitality lives and breathes. From the time my hubby and I walked in, we were graciously greeted with big smiles and a very warm welcome. Quickly seated I assume because there were only 2 of us and it was busy. Service was great, food was nice. I only had a small issue with my order. The salsa that came with my chicken and peppers omelette smelled like feet and didn't taste good at all. My French toast was great though ; . Servers that weren't assigned to us refilled our drinks, our server was prompt getting little things we asked for (napkins, extra utensil.. While waiting on our server to come back to get the bill, a worker saw us scanning the room for her and he kindly asked if we needed help with anything. Im biiig on customer service, I work in customer service myself and these guys were ON POINT from the jump! Management and team.. y'all are beyond amazing! Chick-fil-A has nothing on y'all! Loll

Had a great experience. It’s a small place, the food takes a little bit to come out but it is delicious. We had buttermilk chicken sandwich, strawberry crepes, hash browns, and a breakfast burrito (the burrito was the best). The server was amazing; maybe because we went around 8pm but we had a great experience.

The food here is good and the staff is friendly. We didn't have to wait very long to be seated, and our server was quick to get us whatever we needed. This is a nice place to stop by if you want delicious breakfast food any time of the day. My personal favorite is their chocolate chocolate chip pancakes! I don't get lunch food too often here since the breakfast options are super tasty and hit the spot for me. I always enjoy stopping by this location.

Great food. Went in for the unlimited pancakes and they came out fast, delicious and on a roll! Add some chocolate chips for $2 more was totally worth it. My wife loves the crispy bacon she got and the eggs were good too. But our waiter was so kind and amazing, it made an awesome experience for us.

I’ve had such an amazing experience every time I come to this IHOP. Hilton is such a nice server. He’s always on top of everything and making sure that we have everything we need. The manager is also super sweet and humble. Highly recommend this IHOP for anyone who is looking for a yummy breakfast and good service.
