Mambo Cuban - Union

We happened to drive past this restaurant and thought it looked like a vibrant spot for a meal, and we were so glad we decided to stop in. The food was outstanding and delicious. The host and waitstaff were attentive, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend the grilled fish (which is actually lightly fried, not grilled) and the Milano chicken, along with the fantastic happy hour selections. The drinks were wonderful, and our glasses were never empty. We also tried the Mambo chicken, which was both visually appealing and filling! Just a heads up: make sure to use the valet parking instead of the lot outside. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

We always passed by this restaurant without considering dining there until yesterday. The food and drinks were incredible! We will definitely be coming back and bringing friends with us.
