Mark Twain Diner - Union

Every time we order from Mark Twain, our food is consistently incorrect. When I call to speak with the manager, he just tells me to explain that the order is wrong, which doesn't help at all. The manager is rude, and we’re done with Mark Twain.

Every time we order from Mark Twain, our food is always incorrect. When we call and speak to the manager, he simply tells us that if the order is wrong, we should just address it with him. What can I say? The manager is rude. We won’t be ordering from Mark Twain anymore.
