Contribuisci feedbackHorrible place! The employees are rude, dirty, don?t wear name tags or hair nets ????So rude to customers and act like you owe them a break! It?s been this bad for years! Never going back, DO NOT waste your money here!! Most of them should be fired!!
Ordered four items through their website at 4:30pm to be picked up at 6:30. Upon arriving at 6:30 my order not ready. When I inquired about my food the employee said they were in the process of making it at that moment because they had fallen behind dueto a mad rush moments before. As I waited for my items another customer came in and ordered several sandwiches themselves. Theybegan using foul language in an attempt to make the employee move faster. The employee responded with crude language and rushedthrough my order to get to theirs. When I got home I opened my wrap and saw this. My wrap was no where near uniform and theyliterally threw it together. I paid as much for this wrap as a regular foot long, and it had less food inside than a six inch.Usually I am unable to finish my wrap in one sitting, but that was not the case tonight. My other sandwiches looked rushedbarely had any substance to them. What happened to quality customer service? It must have left on the bus.
This was by far the worst Subway I've ever visited. First of all, there was a woman ahead of us on the phone taking orders from multiple people. While this isn't entirely Subway's fault, they could have asked her to step aside. We had already been waiting for 15 minutes when they began preparing orders for people who had called ahead. After finishing one of those to-go orders, I expected them to start serving the customers in line, but instead, they continued making more to-go orders, leaving us waiting even longer. I mentioned my concerns to the two employees behind the counter, and they responded by kicking my wife and me out, all while they were already down one customer. I strongly do not recommend this Subway. Whoever the manager or owner is clearly doesn't know how to manage a business effectively.
The Union and Washington branches are facing some serious problems. The management is not up to par, and I believe the owner needs to be contacted urgently about the situation. Unfortunately, I was unable to find out who the owner is. The district manager, Lucy, should be replaced due to her poor judgment, lack of leadership, and impulsive decision-making. Her conflict resolution skills are lacking, and she doesn't seem to communicate effectively. It feels as though she only puts in minimal effort to move on, even if it negatively affects others. Overall, the management is a disgrace, and they should feel ashamed of themselves. If the owner happens to see this, I’m open to providing more details.
This restaurant is a disappointment. They frequently get orders wrong and often advertise items that are not actually available. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
