Chili's Grill - Union City

Chili's consistently delivers great flavors, but today we were let down. For the first time, the broccoli was extremely crunchy, almost overly so. While some may prefer it that way, we’ve always enjoyed the tender, delicious broccoli they usually serve. We hope this change isn't here to stay.

The burger fell apart instantly, forcing me to eat it with a fork. There was hardly any avocado, and it had too much mayonnaise. Overall, it wasn't satisfying at all.

The cheeseburger with secret sauce was juicy and delicious, and it offered great value. However, I found the $1.50 upgrade to a salad instead of fries to be completely unworthy. The salad was incredibly small—I was expecting a regular-sized side salad. Next time, I'll stick with the fries and save the $1.50.

Ordered the tripple dipper and sorry to say it was absolutely sad that I payed 20$ for basically 2 wings and one egg roll. Everything I order on doordash from this horrible place always cuts down the quantity by 80% and i'm left with nothing because the staff dont care enough to do their job and put the same amount of food for to go as dine in. Horrible

The slider was overdone, dry and burnt. The wings were under done, tough and lacking sauce or seasoning. The street corn was over cooked too. I never write reviews but this order demanded special attention. ...The egg rolls were pretty good.
