Domino's Pizza - Union City

Just two words: Customer Service. Mike, the store manager, truly went above and beyond. After I left a quick note on the Domino's website mentioning that my cinnamon twists were missing, I received a call within ten minutes. He personally apologized and even drove outside the usual delivery area to bring us our cinnamon twists, all because my 7-year-old daughter was upset. On top of that, he also brought her a balloon and a bracelet. I have never been more impressed by someone's commitment to customer service.

Only ever had one problem and I?ve ordered their thousands of times. That problem would?ve been fixed immediately had I been the person picking up the order but unfortunately I had a friend pick up the order however with that being said this place isamazing and the employees are great.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It's outrageous that it takes over an hour for an order to be delivered. The excuse is always that they're backed up. They need to get their act together!

The pizza is usually good, but I feel it could use a little more sauce. I really love the pasta and the cinnamon twists!

Fast service quick and friendly. The delivery drivers do not get the delivery fee and gas is crazy! Tip your delivery driver ????
