Delicious Colombian cuisine. Authentic and truly impressive!

I was worried that my order would be completely melted by the time it arrived since I live quite far away. Thankfully, taking that risk turned out to be the best decision! The cholado was perfect; if anything, the travel time allowed all the flavors to blend beautifully, and it was amazing! On the other hand, I wouldn't recommend the hot dog because it arrived cold, and I could tell it wasn't hot enough since the cheese didn't melt.

It was decent, but it could benefit from a bit more seasoning.
