El Rancho Colombiano - Union City

This is by far the best Colombian restaurant we have been to. The service is superlative, the food didn't take long to be served, everything was delicious, excellent prices, the atmosphere was very pleasant. Hernando attended us, our experience was wonderful. He was always very attentive, he even gave us a knife and in 3 seconds they had another one with a napkin. I highly recommend this place

Very bad dishes in terms of what one is looking for in Colombia, it is a shame

I'll start by saying that I came on the recommendation of my mother, she spoke wonderfully about the flavor of the meat...so I came to check it out. I started with a rib sancocho that was 10/10….but the mixed llanera meat with pork ribs was a total DISASTER!!!!….without any hint of flavor and completely hard meat that was horrible on the palate…..the only thing rescued It was the waiter or rather I think it was the bass boy... he was the one who gave me the most attention... because the waitresses were conspicuous by their lack of attention...

Every time I go to New Jersey I go to eat plain meat, I like it because the meat is not dry like a restaurant on 90th. I hope to go soon
