Hudson Sushi - Union City

I only tried the ramen, and unfortunately, it was just water with noodles. I suggest they remove the soups from the menu. Food rating: 1/5.

The food didn’t seem authentic, especially with those overcooked eggs. As others have pointed out, the quality just doesn’t match the prices they charge. It feels overpriced, and I left feeling disappointed.

The flavor is so good! The server was very friendly. I definitely recommend!!

2 basic salmon rolls for $25??? Insane. In Brooklyn we would get 3 salmon avacado rolls for about half that price. Service and everything else is fine. Nothing spectacular but decent enough. That price tho. Yikes!Food: 3/5
