Jerk Palace - Union City

I had the BEST Jerk chicken salad at this place. Unfortunately every time I have called back trying to order it again they say they don 't have lettuce. The chicken is so good I called today to see if they will just sell me the chicken by itself and I will make my own salad and they said no that 's against the rules This place doesn 't care about pleasing the customer nor making any money. I won 't be trying anymore.

The spicy pork was like it says, it was like pork pieces from the ends of the pork loin with more pork than the pork loin itself, I expected it to be like it was on the photo as usual this is what we as customers expects

Lady with the glasses has WORLD class Customer Service.....you can tell that has worked with Great Companies as it shows in her gratitude and Smile........ The other Chubby short one must be put in the Kitchen ALWAYS! ...... Her attitude stinks and very non Chalant. She acts like she is always bothered. Good food though!

Great takeout, authentic Jamaican food. I ordered Brown Stew chicken with rice and peas, cabbage and plantain. Food was fresh and really tasty. Highly recommended

Staff is very helpful to new customers. Very generous portions. We did take out, so the atmosphere was unimportant to us.
