Juanita's - Union City

The place had a smell, the service didn't even give napkins, the food was horrible, the plate full of oil and no salt. Totally disappointed.

Very bad seasoning, the food was way to salty, the meat was raw and hard even though we asked for it well cooked I am never ordering from here again!!!

Food was bland, the steak I had had so much fat on it. Service was horrible as the waitress never came back a second time to see how we were doing, and the atmosphere was dead as we were the only ones eating there.

Service is down because no delivery!! No good, the food is very good

The food here is great. The service is terrible. I have placed an order here multiple times. I went out of my way to make sure it was ordered correctly and had my friend call it in for me. I even double checked asking if what I ordered was what they put in the bag. They acted like I was inconveniencing them. The two at the register looked at each other and spoke to each other and then told me that yes it was my order.It is upsetting because I enjoy their food, but every time I enter the restaurant I feel like I am an inconvenience to them as a customer. I am an advocate of supporting small business, but not when I am met with people who won't even talk to me.When I brought it back to work it was a completely different breakfast from what I ordered. It was too late to go back and get the correct order.I ordered: Medio Bistec, Maduros, Huevo, Frijoles, Crema, Queso, 2 Tortillas -I received: Huevos Con Chorizo, Frijoles Fritos, Queso, 2 TortillasIf they did not have my order I would have understand, but there was no communication at all.
