Contribuisci feedbackI waited a significant amount of time and the service was very poor. The staff was rude, and I believe this restaurant needs new management and should consider replacing all of the employees as their performance was unsatisfactory.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a family 16-piece meal, with the addition of a wrap. When I reached the window, I was informed that there would be a wait for the chicken. I asked for just a cup of ice, but was told that it would cost the same as a drink. While I understand the prices are set, I was disappointed to learn that I couldn't even get a cup of ice while waiting, especially since there were only a few cars in the drive-thru and a couple parked. I feel like I should have been able to get some ice without any fuss.
The chicken was terrible. It was greasy, cold, and not prepared properly.
I am beyond tired of giving this KFC location a chance. The food quality is so embarrassing to serve to my family. Last night, my family chose to eat something else due to the overcooked chicken, missing items, and weird alternatives because they ran out on something.
Today at KFC the manager customer service was horrible she was so dry she me fill like I don't want to go
