It's been 5 yrs i have been ordering when i don't feel like cooking, The chubby guy is extremely rude. I ordered Jalapeno chicken last week and the chicken was not properly cooked and i had to throw the food even though i paid $15 for it. This week i was craving for it and when i called to order and mentioned what happened last time and requested him to make sure the chicken is cooked properly, he says you always have to complain and if you don't like than don't eat our food !!! what kind of service is that???? he should have simply said, sorry and will inform the kitchen. He did not feel bad that i had to throw my food!

This place has lost its touch, last night was my final straw. Ordered a boneless spare rib tip combo, and half the order of rib tips was fat and blubber. Extremely unacceptable to serve to a customer, especially during dinner time. INCONSIDERATE AND DISGUSTING.

Used to order from here religiously until they raised their prices SO high (post-Covid). Sure, the food is pretty good but at the end of the day... it 's still Chinese take-out not Chinese cuisine. Tried them again recently to see if they 've found a way to justify the prices. Surprisingly, their Lo Mein is dryer than ever and they don 't even send a free CAN of soda with purchases over $25 anymore. Jokes bruh ?
