Pizza Hut - Union City

This place is so very poorly ran. It’s ridiculous as to how long it takes to get a pizza when you come to pick it up and they tell you that it’s ready before arrival.But when you get there it hasn’t even been put in the oven. Then they tell you it’ll be five more minutes but then it ends up being over an hour! It is so disorganized. The service has gone down tremendously!

Well I tried to redeem my 30 dollar store credit for bad service in the first place the lady was helpful until I guess she got frustrated with me after telling her what I wanted the total was 22 99 I asked her what was the delivery charge she said it's not Popping up so I said jus add something else so she did after that it was 26 99 I said ok that's good then I guess she got frustrated and put me on hold and never came back I waited 10 mins on the phone then called right back she picked up heard it was me and immediately put me on hold so I called back 8 times to tell her I wanted to either cancel my order or come pick it up to make her job easier but every time I called I got no answer like she knew it was me calling or something I'm writing this review to say if you don't have the patience for the field your in find another one and also it says all calls are recorded is anybody doing spot checks is anyone listening to them from time to time because this is ridiculous

I got pizza from this place and it ended up making me feel ill!!! The pizza was awful!!!

I expect my online carryout order to be ready within 15 to 20 minutes. Instead, I had to go through the drive-thru three different times to get the correct food that I had pre-ordered. It should not take over an hour to prepare an order, and to make matters worse, my food was cold when I finally received it. Even after waiting 20 minutes at the drive-thru window, I was asked to go back around because the kitchen needed more time, resulting in cold food. The quality of this restaurant has declined for me as a longtime resident customer. I don't believe I received the correct items I ordered, as the chicken alfredo pasta was extremely dry. The only redeeming item was the cheesesticks. I have tried calling to complain, but the line is busy.

I have been waiting for my pizza for 2 hours and am still waiting. I've tried calling multiple times but cannot reach anyone. My child is hungry and I am very disappointed. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
