I ordered an iced venti Gingerbread oat milk chai latte w/4 shots of espresso. I paid $11 for this drink that didn't come with the espresso. I used the drive thru and as I was leaving, I took a sip and noticed it definitely did not have the espresso shots in it. I couldn't go back for it since I needed to head back to work. I understand people make mistakes, but man this was just so disappointing and frustrating.

Wort Starbucks around, nothing but a bunch of prepubescent adults without manners or concern for what they 're doing. Disgusting show of "service "Not only was the coffee bad so was the service. Not every Starbucks is the same but this one is by far the worst.

Excellent service at the drive through. The employee who took my order was so kind and patient and took the time to explain to me how a few drinks varied by taste.
