Hats off. They were short staffed but we didn’t fell it. All because the three ladies (servers) were amazing. Non stop, making sure to taking orders, seat guests, serving it… Kudos to the Kitchen as well, Few large parties, and I didn’t feel That I really wait for too long. Chicken parm was amazing. Jalapeños poppers were tasty. Great pricing on food and drinks. As I was here just for few days, I wish that I had stop by earlier on my trip. Highly recommend it.

Restaurants are a dime a dozen with varied grades in food quality and it's rare to find a place that also excels in hospitality, especially in more rural areas. The Beacon however is an outstanding exception and a gem this is due to caring employees like Bonnie, she was our server that evening. From menu suggestions to knowledge about ingredients every question was answered and all requests and mods accommodated. The restaurant atmosphere is homely and the food was delicious and generous, it felt as if eating mama's homemade cooking in her own kitchen. The bar which is fully divided from the restaurant has a lively feel with good music at a perfect level, a pool table and a mile long shuffleboard, literally the longest table I've ever seen. You can also order limited food at the bar.We had a great experience and will visit again when in the area. I recommended this place. Dietary restrictions: Some gluten free dishes are available
