Contribuisci feedbackI experienced poor service at this restaurant from a woman working the afternoon shift. She seemed quite unfriendly.
I was unhappy with the way the manager addressed my order. I had requested extra American cheese, but she refused to acknowledge it. Instead, she attempted to belittle me in front of her staff by loudly stating, "We all heard you; that wasn't your order," drawing the attention of everyone in the restaurant. Eventually, she recognized her mistake but never offered an apology. This level of service is unacceptable; there’s no justification for it. It’s important to take your time and listen to the customer, and your team should support you in that.
Additionally, I always order the same drink, but it rarely tastes the same. I think it only hit the spot once. To get your order right, you end up having to remind them—first at the speaker and again at the window—and even then, there's still a chance it will be incorrect. Oh, and the snackin' bacon isn't the same either! It no longer tastes seasoned or has that nice glaze; now, it's just soggy, oily bacon.
Lovely place, I wish the staff were a bit more attentive tho, I stood in line as the only person in line for about 20mins because everyone either had their backs turned away from the register or they were attending the drive thru.
I'm very very disappointed with Dunkin donuts or should I say Duncan the coffee is always fantastic and fresh
