This has got to be the top fish and chip shop in Durham. The food is top-notch and the place is always spotless. The staff is friendly and genuinely appear to love what they do, and best of all, everything is freshly prepared to order. I'll definitely be returning soon. 10/10.

My husband and I recently tried the fish and chips at Sedgefield Fishing and we can confidently say that they are the best we've had in a long time. The chips were a perfect golden brown, not oily or lumpy, and the fish was beautifully cooked, tender, and crispy. Thank you!

This restaurant serves the best fish and chips I've ever had. The fish is always freshly cooked and the curry sauce is delicious. The staff is very friendly and it's definitely worth the 12-mile drive for the high-quality food. I give it a 5-star rating.
