Yellow Mango Lounge

SO UNPROFESSIONAL.. my friend booked a dinner party for her birthday last Saturday. On the night of the party she was told that they had to close down due to code enforcement. But when some of her party arrived. They had a sign on the door that said closed for private party. They had booked another party in place of hers no doubt thinking it was going to bring more prophet. This was just absolutely nasty. And they will NEVER get a penny from me or anyone I know .Do not spend your money here.

What a complete and utter disappointment. I read the reviews here and thought I'd take a chance. I had wanted the Korean Steak after seeing the picture on Yelp and their website. I'm not sure what happened this time around vs 10 months ago. The steak and veggies had an okay flavor, even though the steak was over cooked. It wasn't inedible, but it certainly wasn't what was advertised nor what I expected. I asked for it to be medium rare. The fried rice was awful. No flavor at all. I'm not even sure what it was supposed to be, but it certainly didn't taste at all like fried rice. I had to put some salt on it to attempt to eat it. I ended up throwing most of the meal out because it was so tasteless and disappointing. The appetizer was a joke. I ordered Bruschetta. See the attached picture from their online menu. Then see what I got. I was served some toasted bread drowning in pesto (I think...notice the green color , along with balsamic glaze. There were a few pieces of poorly cut up cheese (not mozzarella!! tossed on top. I'm not even sure what kind of cheese it was. There were also NO cherry tomatoes in sight! I'm not sure what the sauce in the small round container was supposed to be. I imagine some sort of tomato salsa, but I think it was maybe a mango salsa? I just wasn't sure, but it tasted fruity. The whole thing was so pathetic!I highly suggest you get your act together if you're going to advertise that you serve food. What I received was a poor excuse for what you advertise on your menu and website. If you're a nightclub, don't try to serve these types of meals if you're NOT going to be consistent. You're only going to turn away customers who could have been long-term customers. I will not be returning. I can't even imagine it could get better, and it certainly wasn't AT ALL worth the $50 I paid for it!

Haven’t been but recently tried to go, they told us they were closed for renovations. One person said September and another person said February, but there was a private event going on at the time. That’s all fine, but there’s no reason to lie about a private event happening. I won’t be spending money in an establishment that lies.c

I came here with a friend, there was an Arabic event on a weekend. I think this place is just okay. The music was ridiculously LOUD! i mean I understand its an event but it was over and it was not great. Food was alright. Had the rice and the shrimp, pricy for what you get but taste was just okay. There is plenty of parking. The server was great however. for the events they hold, its $20 per person and there is already gratuity included. Not sure if its the same in the weekday or non event days.

Cheyenne took great care of us and held it down! Amazing service, super personable and great environment. We will definitely be back!!
