Contribuisci feedbackBrittany took my order but wasn?t able to substitute my hash browns for fruit like I asked and I told her I had points to reward for it which woulds take off about $3.86? she kept telling me the fruit was taken off but my total didn?t change? then sheshowed me the screen and said the total went down when in turn it went up due to the sales tax..then told me to just go to thewindow and they?ll fix it. I was at the window for an extra 7 minutes, holding up the line due to this, on top of that my fruitcup wasn?t closed fully and half of my fruit was in the bottom of my bag along with the juice. Most likely won?t be going backto this location.
Best fast food experience EVER! I was worried as the lobby was full and drive thru was wrapped. However to my surprise I was in and out in less than 15 mins! And the food was delicious and fresh! Dive thru
As a truck driver, I could not use the drive through and the dining room was closed at 9:00 PM. I called to see if I could order food and was told to come to the door. I stood at the door and was given the silent treatment by the employees and wasignored. Oh well.
McDonalds level service. 5:30 November 1, 2022. Girls at window were drinking a soda and talking while I waited. Didn 't put 2 orders of fries in bag. No thank you . Absolutely unprofessional and not to the usual high CFA standards. I have traded at thislocation often and was very unpleasantly surprised.
The Chick-fil-A team was more than fast to correct order error with smiles. I always enjoy the food and appreciate the great customer service when visiting Chick-fil-A.
