Let's start by saying I don't recommend going to this KFC unless you have no other choice. Sad I live near this branch. The drive thru service is terrible, the person at the windows had no customer service experience. I can say that someone was in front of me fighting with the cashier. When I went to order Didn?t ask me what I wanted or help with decisions just said hello. To get my order, you don't just have your hand open to get my money. I have no sauce or extra frits I forget to ask. KFC must begin to rent staff with experience or interest l. KFC you won? My money?

Very poor customer service. They are a few employees who are discriminatory and rude. The potatoes are bad. Mac and cheese are burned and dry. For the $30 Combo they had no Cole Slav.

They do not have complete combos and they do not serve the amount of potatoes they offer on the menu and badly prepared, the Mac and cheese are burned and served dry. In general, they do not have good service and discrimination. Very bad experience.

We placed a mobile order for a pot pie to pick-up at a specific time. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have anymore pot pies and that they had just received my order, even though we placed the order online a couple hours in advance. Then they told me that it would take 20 minutes to make more pot pies. To make a long story short, after waiting for nearly 40 minutes, we got home to find a chicken bone in the pot pie. What was suppose to be a faster convenient way to order your food, turned out to be a huge inconvenience with poor quality pot pies.

This store need to be closed down they never have anything bad everthing omg this day is june 28.2021
