Kfc - Universal City

Not the best KFC Taco Bell I've been to, but also far from the worst. They do a good job at getting your order correct. I would not recommend the drive-thru or carry out if you are in a hurry! Employee attitude is about average not Chick-fil-A, but at least not rude either!

A month ago I went in and orders two combos and my mashed potato had a hair in it. I told the manager Sarah that it had a hair and she got really upset that I took out the hair before giving her the mashed potato. We went back and forth and when I went to walk out she called me a homophobic slur. I called her higher up to tell him about the situation and get my money back and I never got a refund or a call back. Never go here, Sarah is so disrespectful and should not be a manager.

It seem the always mess up my order, when I get a taco supreme with no lettuce, they leave everything else off, it just meat inside oh heaven forbid you order it on a cheese shell, you'll get little meat and that's it. Pretty much any special you have on your order, they will muck it up, so check it at the window every time. Hell went KFC side last time and my dumb butt didn't check it, I got to work the chicken sandwich hap pickles on it and no mayo and the nuggets was a 4 pc sure the way another one in there about the size of a dime that they called my 5th pc. I can only say one good thing about that place, they have awesome sweet tea just don't order the half gallon cause if uour goin to work they will charge you for a cup. Sorry but if any orders a half gallon it should come with at bear minimum 2 cups with ice, that place just need better management I think

Absolutely ridiculous experience. The manager took our order at the drive through and I decided to make a change to the meal and she yelled as us for making the change stating that it would charge the store $0.17 or something every time they changed it or miss clicked a button. That’s not my problem and have every right to change my mind. Maybe your manager should be trained better in social situations.She stated we needed to know how to order better and basically called us incompetent.
