Pizza Hut - Universal City

We went there to enjoy a pizza in their dining room. They had it closed off, so we had to take the pizza home to eat.

Dining room is closed due to NO AC, MIC could have asked me if you dont mind but his first quick response was dining room is closed, pathetic service, its cool outside right now and this place and himself should be embarrassed or he just does not care to get business. He should also NOT be in the Food Industry by no means. Today is Saturday the 6th, so no more Pizza Hut here from here on out. Good luck! Also, remove your sign that says Dining Room Open on the door.

Food is great, they seem short handed most time for in-store staff, pizza parlors aren't the same after COVID, but overall my pizza is always hot and good from this location.

Worst experience ever! I literally wait for someone for 6 minutes to come up to the register. I was YELLING HELLO multiple times but no response at all. I then walked over closer to the ovens and tried waving and yelling out but NO Response was made.It took me having to walk to the back where I know I 'm not allowed, just to have a rude employee approach me. She has absolutely no good customer service or comman scene.
