My wife and I stopped at Tony Roma's on our way to the park and were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary bread. We then indulged in a delicious meal featuring double servings of ribs, bacon mac and cheese, and fries with a side salad. To top it off, we enjoyed two frosty cold beers. Everything was fantastic! The service was excellent as well. The location can be tricky with heavy traffic since it's close to Disneyland, but with Tony's parking validation, we managed to reduce the parking fee from $40 to just $7 for 2.5 hours!
This fast food-style restaurant specializes in steaks, ribs, and seafood. We ordered the Sirloin (which is rarely offered) and the Filet Mignon (also cooked medium rare) and they were quite good. However, the fresh vegetables included just a bit of broccoli (see picture), which felt quite cheap. The corn was overly watery and lacked flavor. The pepper sauce cost an extra $1.49, but it only came with a few spoonfuls at most. The lack of attention from the staff felt lazy and unprofessional. While I have had worse experiences elsewhere and the meat itself was decent, the sides and service left much to be desired. Overall, Tony Roma's is just okay—nothing remarkable.
Beautiful smiling faces but slow service. food is common farewell; had half a rib that were just a little better then ok, frits were tasteless and Coleslaw was smart. It was noon, so maybe it's not her best hour. TIP: If you have an annual pass, you will receive a 10% discount.
Chicken Tenders were great but the Ribs which they are famous for were crunchy and full of BBQ sauce. I do not recommend Beef Ribs. Service was great.
