Wetzel's Pretzels - Universal

I couldn't log in to the app to redeem my reward, but they gave it to me anyway! Great service, will come again

Had an interesting interaction with the rude shift manager last night. They apparently cook some menu items to order and try to avoid selling them by pushing long wait times. I was willing to wait, but got back in a much longer line to change my order and let my menu item be ready for another customer, especially since I was hearing other customers deciding to order something else because no one else wanted to wait 30-40 min for fast food. When the manager heard we changed our order, he began to degradingly insist that we must wait for the order next time. Pretty funny, he was yelling indirectly at us from his rolling station, yelling to his staff but making sure that we can hear him by walking up to the cashier side and continued yelling lol. Well, sir, sorry for trying to help you have an order ready for once lol. It might also help reduce wait time on your lines so you don 't have to wait on people changing their orders last minute. His response of that 's not how it works here doesn 't seem appropriate to me in this scenario. I guess he likes to make his staff stress from long lines and only likes to (poorly) make his same uneven pretzels. And trust, I 'm the type of customer that tries to help the staff by staying polite lol, unfortunate that the manager can 't realize it. A 30-40min fast food order should have already been in the oven when the line was still short, I 've never had to wait that long to order some dang pizza bitz in all my years lol. 3 customers asking for it should have been the been the cue that you should probably have some ready lol.

Bomb pretzels as always to be expected from this place. wish there were more locations other than always being in a shopping center!

Staff was so kind and helpful, and I was even given the employee discount. They have some of the best prices compared to other stores at City Walk. Definitely coming back here again!

Just got cinnamon bites and garlic sourdough from my fave: Wetzels! They have the cutest store, and the pretzels are always crispy on the outside but warm n gooey on the inside. I also like how helpful the staff were, they rang us up in no time at all and promptly brought us our food plus the sides of garlic butter we requested. Price is right for what you get although sometimes I do prefer Auntie Ann’s for the selection/quality.
