Honestly I don’t ever leave reviews but I was more than disappointed the oil was so old you can taste it in the chicken food was not seasoned at all overall everything was tasteless so

Have been here a few times in the past and ordered their chicken which was always good but today i got the bulgogi rice bowl and i was really looking forward to trying it but it was so bland im disappointed it was barely seasoned. also the girl at the front desk looked miserable.

As a Korean, who’s been to many BBQ chicken places, this is way below the standard. I ordered medium size which was too cold and no difference in amount compared to small size. I am sure whoever inside the kitchen knows they did. Very disappointing and deceiving manner to customer. When I picked up my order after waiting inside store, I found meat was too chewy, hard, and low quality chicken you can see any place pre-maid from frozen. This is not the place you want to visit to taste Korean chicken.

Last night I went into this restaurant to pick up an order for my job with Uber Eats. It was a little past the time the restaurant closed When I arrived. When I walked in the employee that was there got really nasty with me and started yelling at me because it was past their time that they were supposed to close. When I responded with I don't control when Uber assigns the order, He kept screaming at me. This establishment really rubbed me the wrong way and that employee was extremely rude. I'm not sure if I ever would have ate there myself but I definitely will not go there now after this treatment. If you are looking to be treated with no respect this is your type of place to go to, highly do not suggest.

I come here at least once a week, can't have fried chicken anywhere else now :
