Starbucks - University City

Nice clean location, with good atmosphere. Sadly this is my first time trying this location and I was disappointed.There were a lot of grounds at the bottom of my iced vanilla latte, and as a former barista for the green siren I can tell you that something is wrong with their espresso machine or they accidentally gave me an iced cup with grounds statically clinged to the inside.Easy to miss when busy, but there where only 3 cars in the drive thru and I was the only person in line inside, not a high volume for a starbucks with 3+ staff members working. Love connecting with baristas and chatting, the trio today was not particularly friendly, which would have been ok if my coffee was not full of grounds.Maybe it was a rough day, I get it the job can be exhausting especially when you have to put on a fake smile all day for min wage. I would give them another chance, hopefully today was just a bad day.

Very friendly staff. Love this location. If I'm in the area we choose this location over any other.

Music on way too loud. Misheard my order and gave me a frappe instead of a hot drink. I’m not wasteful so I just took it anyway.

Always a great location with great service and food.

I’m so disappointed I love Starbucks but today they gave me my cold drink with no ice and my ham croissant cold.There has to be more management control in Starbucks and talk to there employees.Parking: N/AKid-friendliness: N/A
