Glory Days Grill - University Park

This is a fantastic and creative spot to enjoy food and drinks with friends and family. The staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is lively. You can catch a game on TV or simply enjoy a meal and good conversation. We visit this seafood specialist every Friday night, and I can only describe everything as delicious. It's an experience you definitely need to have for yourself. I also want to highlight the staff—they're all friendly and welcoming, making it a great group of people. We really appreciate them!

1st and last time at Glory Days Grill. Our waitress was unbelievable, unfortunately the food was just blazing. The wings were fat, without a crack. also for demand for extra crispy) You shouldn't call it a Philly Cheesesteak. It was a single bite and done for us. McDonald?s would be a better choice!

This particular Glory Days Grill didn't meet the expectations set by other locations I've visited. We arrived at 6:00 and were seated fairly quickly. However, it took a long time for our waiter to greet us, although he did apologize for the wait. We ordered an appetizer and our main meals. The appetizer arrived right away, but our meals took a significantly longer time to come out. When they finally did arrive, everything was cold—not just cool or at room temperature, but actually cold. My wife spoke with the manager, Melissa, who handled the situation well. She was professional, friendly, and understanding, and she ended up comping our meals. I really appreciate Melissa for making things right. Despite this experience, I will continue to visit Glory Days locations, as I've generally had good experiences there, with both the food and service usually being quite good.

We experienced excellent service and fantastic food. We had a minor issue with my order regarding toy sharks for the shark attack, and the waiter was incredibly sympathetic. He was outstanding! He even went next door to the shop downstairs and bought a little doll as a substitute. This is what true customer service is all about! It made her day and ours as well.

Went for lunch. The manager was our server and kept disappearing took an hour to get our food they were not busy at all. Never got a refill the food wasn't good. Brought our bill and then never came and got it. We finally walked it up to the bar and took care of it ourselves. We were as polite and friendly as could be left a good tip didn't complain but will certainly not return.
