Poppo's Taqueria - University Park

Poppos is always good and fresh! Love the bowls here and the fact that the tortillas are made on site; so delicious. The prices are quite high and it is something on the expensive side. But inflation is currently so that I can't put it fully on them, nor are they on the expensive side.

For three months I have had a pregnancy craving for Poppos honey lime cabbage, but each location is too far out of my way. Finally was able to make it in to one and the nice staff was more than happy to keep piling into my bowl. 100% satified and ended up devouring the whole large bowl, saving none for my poor husband.

Very similar to the chipotle chain of Mexican restaurants. they have two shell sizes. the one is almost twice as high as the other. tasty eating and good eating. our food manufacturer was conservative with the meat I had to ask for double meat. there were tables.

It happened that you want some tacos while stumbled in the area and on this place. Overall, the staff was super friendly, attentive and fast. The location was clean and I came very fast, the food was good I got a Carne Asada Quesadilla (which was airy) and a carne asada Burrito. I think it is a little inexpensive, but the taste is worth the experience and overall only the friendly environment!

Freshly pressed Maistortillas are delicious, eat them in the restaurant, they will not travel well. Bridal tropical green tea. Great lunch. My only complaint is that the rice was understated.
