I’m not sure why I keep coming back here…. The service is terrible…. So slow. Before the online ordering it was better. They are so impersonal now… sad

Super inefficient location, baristas are losing orders all the time (has happened to me 3 times now). And even when they don’t lose your drink, you 're still waiting up to 40 minutes for a latte.

Good food and drinks, great atmosphere, only downside is that it is so popular that it takes a while to get your drink

Ordered a hot latte and a muffin totaling $9, the latte was cold, bland and too much foam. I drank about 75% foam until I finally reached coffee. The muffin had little to no taste. Bumped it up from a 2 to a 3 because props to the students, super hard working.
