The UTC location is truly the best. The staff is friendly and always greets you with a smile, ensuring customers are well taken care of. The smoothies are amazing, and the dishes are spot on. I highly recommend this location!

I placed my order twice in a row and I'm disappointed to say that there are no tropical smoothies around here that compare in quality. It might be an issue with the management or the staff; I'm not sure. My wife and I used to spend around $2,000 here every year, but after this experience, we won't be coming back.

I informed the employee that my name was Amanda, but they mistakenly shortened it to just "Man." As a result, I had to respond to "Man" every time they called out a part of my order. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating. Additionally, the attitude of the staff behind the counter was not acceptable. A small mistake like this has cost them my business.

I wish I could give zero stars if I had seen our wraps in our order before we were already on 75, I would have asked for a full refund, the children of Turkey cheese wraps were not even edible, they still had cold shredded cheese in them. We missed a whole sandwich and chips from our order. Smoothies were fine, but what a waste of a stop during the trip when the whole car left hungry.

Kale apple slaw is not good. They don't put the dressing on it anymore. I use to love it. Wraps have gotten smaller. I still love the avocalado smoothie. I highly recommend. Very creamy and stays cold and frozen.
