WOW. Really enjoyed our meal. Shout out to the chef that switched my bun choice, on my burger. Joey, our server was an absolute joy to meet. What a fantastic job he does.
I am a tough critic when it comes to restaurants. I placed an order for takeout in the parking lot, paid for it, but it was not processed. After waiting for about 30-35 minutes, I had to cancel the order. Thankfully, Travis, the manager, rectified the situation and my food was promptly prepared. As a former manager myself, I value excellent customer service, and I appreciate the swift resolution. This Applebee's location has a strong team in place. Thank you for your quick response.
I encountered an issue while attempting to use a gift card at this restaurant. I reported it last Saturday and received a call from manager Carlos Pena on Monday. He was very kind and eager to rectify the situation. I also received emails from Area Director Josh Klein, who was very helpful and friendly. In the end, the Gift Card Team reissued a gift card for more than the original amount. My late husband had Alzheimer's and Applebee's made him feel at ease. They truly went above and beyond. Thank you.
Today, we had a fantastic lunch experience. Anisha provided excellent service, she was incredibly helpful and friendly. Jennifer managed the bar and ensured that we were taken care of. The cleanliness of the restaurant was very important to us and we were pleased to see that it was well-maintained. The food was delicious, with generous portions. I highly recommend this place for lunch.
